Clinical Depth Cohort
A six-month, closed consultation experience for experienced clinicians
There comes a point in clinical work where competence is no longer the question.
You may find yourself thinking carefully, drawing on experience, and still encountering cases that remain difficult to fully understand. Something in the material feels unresolved—present, but not yet clearly articulated.
This cohort is designed for that stage of practice.
The Clinical Depth Cohort is a small, closed group that meets virtually over six months. The focus is on in-depth case formulation, with particular attention to patterns, underlying structure, and aspects of the clinical material that may not yet be fully named.
This is not a space for quick answers or technique-driven discussion. The work is slower, more deliberate, and oriented toward developing a more precise and coherent understanding of complex cases.
What the Work Involves
Each session centers on one or two cases presented by participants. We listen closely to the material, allowing time to explore what stands out, what repeats, and what may not yet be fully understood.
Discussion is collaborative, but guided. My role is to identify patterns, organize the material, and help articulate dynamics that may not yet be clearly formulated.
Over time, this process strengthens your ability to think more precisely about clinical work, particularly in cases that do not respond to standard approaches.
